Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and how I keep it safe. I keep things simple: I collect only what I need to work with you, I don't sell your information, and I don't share it beyond the tools I use to run my practice.
What information I collect
Through the consultation request form, I collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about the tattoo you have in mind.
Through the booking and appointment process, I collect your name, phone number, and email address to schedule and confirm your appointment, send you reminders, and follow up with aftercare information.
Through the waiver, I collect your name, signature, and any health-related information required for consent. This is collected and stored through Jotform, a third-party form and e-signature tool.
Through the website itself, basic analytics data may be collected (such as page visits and general location) to help me understand how people find and use the site. This does not include personally identifying information.
How I use it
I use the information you share to:
- Follow up on your consultation request
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of your appointment
- Send your aftercare instructions after your appointment
- Maintain a record of your signed waiver
I do not use your information for marketing, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
Who I share it with
I use a small set of tools to run my practice. Your information may pass through or be stored in:
- Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) for storing consultation notes, maintaining my booking records, and sending appointment-related emails
- Jotform for collecting and storing your signed waiver
- n8n, an automation tool that moves information between the above services
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I do not sell your information to any third party, and I do not share it outside of the tools listed here.
How long I keep it
I retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide services to you and to maintain records related to your appointment and consent. If you'd like your information removed, get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact me directly.
